How come whenever I make a map people cant walk directly on the ground? They are always stuck a few feet off the ground walking on air. And if i move the playerstart any lower everyone starts in the ground and cant move.

It might be the map ur using...like if its from dmz the people would be like an inch off the cround because esf models are like half the size of normal halflife models. Its something with the models...thats all i know...
I doubt its anything bad but.. thats all i got ta say:D

Thats probably it. I map for cs and a tfc but you only need to make a map with the playerstart, I thought it would be the same for this too.

Any more info on how to setup the hull file?

Some mappers do it on purpose becuase otherwise beams explode when shot parallel to the ground...

The same thing happened to me. its nothing to do with the config.... When i make a counter-strike or a different mod they work fine.... But ill try the confiq, just to be sure.

I changed the confiq, but it still stuffs up.....
