Freeza form 2 is almost twice the size of goku regardless of the distance the short was taken from. Also, since that post i've beefed up that model to make him more jacked as people requested. So there...

These pics were samples, because Vegeta mostly have this smiling and it makes the model more realistic (like the show) than only a line for his mouth. "Emotions" is the best word to say what I mean.
