Well I don't think there are any sprites only sites but go to www.redsaiyan.net for ESF downloads.

Well if you want new sprites you should talk to someone wjo´s editing them or try it yourself!

Well I dont speak German myself but gsf site is quite self explanatory, you click on downloads, then models, the rest is mostly english, its not really that hard unless you have a 5th grade education.
