well here is a pic of my supreme kai so far:] as you can see i still have the hair to do, smooth it, skin it, add bones, animate it...

the arms are longer now, thanx for pointing that out. i couldn't really tell because the pic i am working off is only a front view, and the arms are bent forward:S so ive just been working off memory from the show:]

indead of making a skeleton and animating just use the esf skeleton of the model you want to replace then compile the animations

firstly, both arms are exactly the same length! its just the angle.
I do need to make the hands bigger. The hair is drooping to one side because thats how it looked on the pic i used, when im done, it will move around a bit and spike back when he moves.
you guys can make the sound pack if you want, it would save me a job, cause i dont think i could do it and it is about 200 polys under 3000, so it should work fine
