electricty on models?

Im sry if this has been asked before but what bout model with electricity flying around like with ssj2/3 char

u could do it but it would be kind of tough

cause ud have to make a polygon model where the lightning is and then u would need a moving skin for it...

and im not sure how hard the skin would be to make but i dont think it would be that hard

well transformations would be a whole different story cause if u wanted it in transformations all u would need to do is put down a spirte of lightning or whatever just like goku has now (only alot smaller and close to the model)

What about tiny lightning models? u create them "INSIDE" the models you have now (they need to be very small) and u can let them move.

one thing in ssj2 mode in esf when its released
will the electricity be seen in deep idle? or will it be constantly flowing like in the show?
problem is the electricity also moves around the actions of the people in dbz like Cell for eg when he was powering up that kame
the electrictity was moving around the attack and also around his body can this be done in esf?

well then u could do that on the models like in dmz when they power up.. but with a cool eletricity ttexture that goes all cool n stuff... could be tricky but wood be coo coo coo
