Mistakes are made. But I have seen that name alot..

The image to the right(in ur banner) looks very plain, add some depth to it, maybe a couple shadows here and there??

Other than that, looks good. What type of images do you put in there by the way? Do you crystallize maybe 2 or 3, rotate them, make some rings etc?? It looks like you colorize, then use 3d studio max's material editor to make it chrome-like...

Both look like their backgrounds are repitive, but I like the bottom one, cuz well, the text stands out more, the other one does not..plus the bottom has a lot more detail to it...

Scrap the top, keep the bottom

Looking at the Holodreams website, I have a lot less respect for all of the pieces that you've shown in this thread, unless the Holodreams site is your own. Your style looks to be the same as on the website, even down to the font and tribal style logo.

I had this style be4 I got there, but I always respected raven non the less, and his style, but first, I'm nothing compared to him, secondif u compare me to the holodreams website u should go to deviantart abstract section, and see a lot of 3d light fx pieces, it's hard but true, the style I love has been done be4, but sadly there isn't anything I could change from that... Raven himself compares me to Jake, I don't think I have a similar style to Jake... personally, but the fx I use are more similar to jake then to raven anyways, u should visit the forum some time, it's like an abstract forum with many ppl using the same style, apx has that style a lot too. Nevertheless I would always say mines different, and if u actually analyse it, I think u would say the same. I just found a very similar technique (using dodge burn and smudge tool) , and long be4 I gt there, nevertheless a comment is a comment, if u have less respect for my work because of a style... I dunno what to think about that, especially when it doesn't look all that similar oO

Is making that 3D stuff ez...or extremely hard...unless you know wut ur doin?

I think I made all these in a period of a month, normally it takes 2-4 hours to make one if that answers ur question, brushing takes time, rendering images takes time... mostly making it look acceptable takes time, I don't find it easy, allthough I kinda learned how to do them now, that p[laying with brushes thing was 5 minutes though, but that one was just very easy to make
