dudeman if it is way way to make um with very little poly count then you can tell me about it if you like.... I'll be on AIM sunday. just add stryker3543 to ur budlist

no i dont have aim...

however i can send you an rmf in a pm..
low polycount? well, it depends on how u use it..
if you make a small floor under it, (a func_wall)
it wont make any extra polys..

currently im busy with hollowing it, i made it with brush manipulating (yes i tested it and it has no errors..)

i only have to find a place where i can upload it, cuz my own computer has (temporarily) no internet..
and in the internet place around here i can't upload..

but i'll send it to you today..

The redone map looks pretty good, are those trees small or do they just look kinda small because of scale down. Sorry to be nit picky, but i think that guru's place needs some work. But overall it looks great, no worries :p

Still, I think it needs more blue. It looks too green.
And make the trees a bit taller. ;) Nice work though.

its too small and needs more than one spawn point :F


its quite puny compared to like kamis look out... and the one spawn point is very irritateing

You defianetely need the water in the map there would be no place to hide and power up. Also it would be fun to get kicked into the water then into the ground.

about 1/4 of the show was own namek so its only right that there are NAMEK maps plus i like green water if possible

at the first place, check the date of that post, it's already been done a while ago

second: mailing a file is also a way of uploading, so that wouldnt have been posible

third: the namek map id already done for a while...

esf_STRYKER just tweaked the colors slightly. I'm sure he'll retouch it and change it again before the beta release.

Cool. I hope it has lots of water because underwater battling is going to be the best.

Also on the namek make are you able to go inside Guru's house?

A Namek map without water aint Namek! In every Namek scene there was water. If you want a map without water I suggest the area where Frieza's ship was or where Guru's house was. Otherwise, I think there should be more water than land, preferably islands.

what engine is that being used in that pic... cause the HL engine isnt very powerful when it comes to nice looking maps....

That's QIII


ESF's maps are beautiful, and push HL's map handling to it's absolute limits. You just can't expect HL maps to compare to QIII.
