No offense i dont think you will find that many people who like it it just looks a little werd compared to the hair.
Also it would be a good idea to give the hair more of a texture so that it dosnt look like a block of yellow.

It's a very good skin, bruno I think he was trying to go for a 3-d effect with the eyebrows and the shading might have made them look greenish (If I'm wrong correct me) all in all i think it's a great skin

I think you need to make the hair taller and perhaps make the the features of the face more scrunched up.

The second one is better, although the hair does need work, which has already been said. Why do you keep posting links from different forums? It's kinda wierd O-o

The eyebrows are more fitting to the hair style in the second one, if you made the hair the sameway u did with the first one with the "green" brows I'd like it even better

looks pretty good.. i always like seeing yer models.. i just think the part where is mouth is, its a lil too dark shady.. the DBZ pics really didn't show any face muscles.. just really some lines under the eyes to show cheeks.. nothing really popping up

his eyebrows are yellow they just look green because they got a black fade line tracing them. what are you using to make this milkshape?

it's really cool but the hair doesn't look so realistic can't you put some more shadow in it?

"Descent" = to lower, or descend to a lower position

i think you want "decent" which means good, acceptable
