I dont know how you can call that "Chibi"...
If you knew anything about anime, you would know its not even remotely chibi, because chibi characters heads are around half the size of their bodies.

Chibi bodies are small, thing and well stupid looking. You cant call yourself a model editer just because you rescaled someones model. I mean its just lame... Come back when you've learnt how to use milkshape and not HLME.
