im pretty sure the lightsabre uses a sprite to get the glow.....i'm pretty sure even if i got the shape right (oOo a stick, so hard) i couldnt get it to glow

I might be able to ask a sprit artist, and uhh if it is so easy make it

True, it does use a sprite at the beginning of the blade (laser),but the whole blade (laser) radiates light because thats from JKIII wich uses q3a engine i think. I guess you could make the blade (laser) transparent and the skin have bright colors to make it seem like it gives off light... thats all i can think of. I hope that helped a bit .

Yeah I was thinking on the skin I could fade the color a bit
