Bebi is a villian that appears in Dragon Ball GT.
He tries to take out his revenge against the saiyans because
the planet that became "Planet Vegeta" (Saiyan Planet) was
originally populated by Bebi's Race. So he takes over Vegeta's
body and thats how Vegeta ends up looking

the boots should be bigger , his hair should be smaller cuz he had shorter hair in gt not like in z .....
basicly a nice skin and a nice try to do something original , if i was u i would go all the way and make it perfect , just watch some gt ep's , i would suggest ep's 27-40 , u will see bebi vegeta how he is supposed to be , and if u want to make it in 2 forms , just make a regular non-ssj vegeta from gt , and than he turns into bebi , nice skin man , i will use it but im sure u can make it better and better

the shirt is read kinda but the download link he put on there
is from the old skin he did and forgot to upload the one you see
on the pic there. Only the one on the pic is kinda dark red shirt but it still looks good

no offense but all i see is a reskin of the majin vegeta model with different colors , look at the gloves ,they are too long ...
should be much shorter around his hands ..
and a much shorter hair ;/
