You really did great work on the face and the hair, he really looks like vegeta and his hair is top, the skin on the body may use some more detail though.

I changed the face, fixed the old new skin colors and made a Capsule Corp emblem/logo on the shirt.

Well how about making a ssj skin now and make it more muscular so it really looks like a ssj.
