Tri Beam... Although not used by any other character in the game... it is an origonal attack for Cell untill ofcourse Tien is impliments (if ever) The reason of this was i was messing around with cell the other day... and i was thinking cell dosnt really have an origonal attack in the show...

You can keep charging up and get darker bars each time but only on some attacks (ex spirit bomb you charge it up all the way but if you keep holding it the bar goes back to the beggining covers the other bar and becomes a darker bar, and having a more powerfull and bigger attack.

I have a good suggestion for a new attack of buu's. Since the melee system is being changed, you wont have the whole , lock on and swoop anymore... I think that one of buu's signature attacks was his cannonball move. That attack could function like the current melee system, only you not be able...

Well, since trunks isnt that much of a struggler with attacks (goku and trunks on even powerlevels, in SSJ mode and goku still wins with his kametorpedo against a finishbuster) i thought that mayb the burning attack could detonate other powerfull attacks, but only when its fully charged...
