In My Opinion Ghost Kamakazi Is the best because it unlike other balls has a mind and can come to life plus its cool looking

well, strongest is buu´s cause during the buu saga, the powerlevels were as high as they got in dbz,
as for the bba it only had one victim at least i think. android 19
gotenks ghost attack was pretty much the best, cause of the skill to move independently and adjust to the situation, negative side was that gotenks still was a kid, so the ghost would also have those marks.
