u have to skinmap first then but the best skinnning program on earth Adobe PhotoShop 7.0
then look sum turtolys one of the stickies

A tutorial on skinning for ESF, but the skinning skills are used for any type of model.
It refers to actions done in Adobe Photshop though, so it's a big plus to have that.
