Like you renember in my last tread i have made a
DBGT GOKU
and now he looks like pro squad s , but i dont know how to assign the bones and vertex , so i need some on to doo it?

That looks pretty damn good. Though for some reason, the face of the SSJ3 Goku just doesn't look right for some reason. It'd be cool if you could make a SSJ4 Goku, then you'd have a full set of transformations.
