the model is a good start, but the sides of his peaky bits are uneven (ie one higher than the other) also they should be taller, they should take up appx 2/3 of his head and his face 1/3
try to make it a lil more organic looking, and it would look more like cell if you put his ridges on
apart from those few tips its good

lol ignore the uneven bit etc, i see you fixed it, i didnt see ur second update just round him a bit more, he looks a lil square atm
