Uh I have a question for you have you tried this model ingame? I'm not sure if it was made for another model or if it's still in 1.0 mode, but the animations are all entirely screwed up. Not ready to release at all.

um bebi all the way to his full bebi self he has a black lil jump suit looking things and his naked arms dont show it only showed like when he first took over vegeta...

he strecthes cuz hes using old animations, its easliy converted to 1.1, just gotta assign him to vegetas 1.1 skeleton and use his animations, theres a plethora of people here who can do it,
