As this is a DBZ mod, you shouldn't expect ESF to make SSJ4. If you really want a SSJ4 you can have someone make one for you. Anyways, beta 2 will be out when it's out. No one really knows for sure exactly when it will be out...

doesnt matter if he speak proper english, its cool if we understand him and i like the beta as the way it is now, and the next beta versions will be better, with or without ssj4

SSJ2 and 3 (+ other transformations for other characters) will come in Beta 2. Only the first transformations are in Beta 1.

Be a little more patient.
