Hi, please help me i cant transform goku and vegeta to SSJ 4 form , in menu where i can select them i see them, but when i put a "right Click" it says Ascent locked...;( how can i unlock it??? i use ECX RC2 + Big Pack 8.4 pleeesee help

i wanna know how to get into the ssj4 form with goku or gogeta? when viewing player list it shows for both of them that they can get into ssj4, but when playing with goku you can go to the ssj3 and no further. when playing with gogeta you cant even ascend. where is the point? please reply
