I cant go ssj4

I donwloaded everything the big pack 8.2 or something like that i downloaded all of the stuff that i need from the addons forum. But i cant go ssj4 with vegeta nor Goku can any one help me plz.

to add on wut i was saying with gokue i got over 12 ki then i got 6 hp i spanwed the moon and ii pressed z to transform it just goes to first form so can anyone help me plz.
