Cant go to SSJ4

Hi, please help me i cant transform goku and vegeta to SSJ 4 form , in menu where i can select them i see them, but when i put a "right Click" it says Ascent locked...;( how can i unlock it??? i use ECX RC2 + Big Pack 8.4 pleeesee help

Do you have enough PL for SSJ4?

Madman and I have answered this question over 9000 times, and there are other 'ssj4 threads' in this sections first page. Please use the search function in future.

Gain 15,000,000 PL in NORMAL state as Goku or Vegeta.
Lower your HP below 20.
Hit ascend. You will either become Kid Goku or GT Vegeta.
With Goku, ascend to SSj3.
Gather the dragonballs and wish for the moon.
Hit ascend and you should become SSj4 Goku or SSj4 Vegeta.
If that doesnt work, you might need more PL, or move closer to the moon.

You can become SSj4 Gogeta using the Fusion Dance.
If it doesn't work, you might need more PL. Keep in mind if you fail the fusion you will have to start all over again if i remember, or at least have to go SSj4 again.

i did everything on that list for goku, but when i get under 20 hp get the right pl, when i try to ascend all i get is ssj1. any idea why?

try getting to 15 hp

i tried 15, lower than 10 and stuff still only got to ssj1 not kid goku.

i have ecx rc2 and big pack 8.4 if that helps

ok sounds like a bad install of bigpack what you need to do is make a folder on your desktop and install bigpack there then extract all the files in that folder to the esf folder
