ECX SSJ4 can't transform

How do I transform in ssj4 with Goku or Vegeta? cuz I was ssj3 with Goku and I had 50.000.000 Ki and I can't transform ssj4 and with Vegeta the same... is it a trick? do I have to do something to transform ssj4? plz tell me how do I transform? plz

dude SSj4 and the dragonballs are locked for RC1
in RC2 they will be unlocked !
