typography on it is pretty bad... the colors are somewhat intresting but not very appealing, shapes are ok.. some arent as smooth as they "should" be. It's ok, your improving I think, good thing u are experimentating, don't like it very much in this state personally, keep on improving :yes:

looks realy cool.. but maybe try some cool airbrushing or something. I'm amazed you did this all in photoshop. I'm usually against 3d artwork, but this is really good (for not having used a 3d program)
