yes it is, considering i fixed the stupid clipping problem, im pretty happy with it, that shuold be the final build

Basically the Side View shouldn't matter since you really dont see
it in game :S But, regardless of that. Its a nice SSJ3. Also Grounded
I use MSN Messanger but I hate it. The only reason I have it is
cause my ISP is MSN but I dont really use any of its features. The
MSN Browser is kinda g@y too.

great model ineed but i have some remarks :\

1) the hair looks like its floating, its kinda very obvious that you just paste all the hairpikes behind eachtother
2) the texture moved because of the decompile and you didnt move the mehses to their original places

for the rest it looks great, keep it up m8 !

I played it online and... I LOVE IT, it realy rules and i dont see anything wrong with the animation, though i didnt swim yet, but when the esf team will update more transformations i would ask them to use your ssj3 goku!!!
