They didn't add some stuff that we know is going to be in (like the new turbo sprite for example). Makes you wonder what else could be added in

I think Super Buu + Kid Buu should get some sort of Vanishing Ball...it's his most iconic attack at that stage.

Ummm I noticed that picollo had like no Transformations.
(db = King picollo and stuff from DB)
(also I would like to note *Kame the gaurdian of earth/demon king picollo's good twin from db *I think thats the spelling)
Ancient Picollo(db)
Eternal Youth Picollo(db)
Picollo's son(db)
Adult Picollo
Piccolo fused with That other guy
Well, Ancient Piccolo and Eternal Youth Piccolo aren't the same Piccolo as Piccolo Junior (The Piccolo in DBZ), and Adult Piccolo (DBZ Piccolo later on I assume). That's way too many Piccolo's.

I think it should go Normal (weighted clothing) - Fuse With Nail - Fuse With Kami like B3. And no Majin Vegeta because Majin is just a power boost and SSJ2 is an actual trans, they're not the same thing. Glad to see no Final Explosion though.

I kind of agree with you there

with Piccolo that's a great idea (I own BC3 :p) and it would be a great thing to add to esf
and I'm not sure about majin as people are gonna wanna play as majin vegeta but I never watched that much of the anime so I won't comment on how it's related

Thanks for the outline but I've got two questions.

First why isn't Piccolo getting 2 transformations?
Second why doesn't Vegeta have his USSJ transformation?

The only reason I could think of to answer these questions is that the team just didn't want to do the work... Which is... a lame excuse. :rolleyes:

Alright how about you do the work? I'm not sure if it's sarcasm or not but you seem to be saying it's no big deal.

Obviously they haven't done *all* of the work yet so if they have decided against a transformation it was because they discussed it and decided against it for practical reasons. As an outline it's also subject to change. Keep in mind the less they give themselves to do the sooner they'll finish it, and not every transformation is necessary. Wait and see if they change their minds later.

Piccolo will be underpowered if he doesn't get at least one more transformation.

I would like to see Ginyu run around with Gundo (w/e his name is...) attached to a tube.

And I seem to have looked over the "advanced ps eye candy". I'm glad they decided to implement better graphics, cause super saiyan kamehameha and final flash collisions are visually toned down (until they explode).

I also would like to look on how the ps system is changed, but I don't know a link to the 1.3 Power Struggle Outline

yes but when Krillin transforms, he gets a massively high pl and he's the fastest.

Piccolo's transformation would leave him weaker and only an above-average speed.

there's a big difference between transforming at 3 million and getting double your pl and the fastest speed, and transforming at 1.65 million and getting 1.5x your pl and getting fairly decent speed.

Sorry...thats just been on my chest for a while. But thats one of the updates Im most looking forward to.

Is there any possibility that when a player loses a PS with powerful beams involved they dissintigrate (rather than being killed by the blast) and the attack travels on? My other suggestion would be to make SBC go through people and terrain, rather than blowing up. That and making it attached to the player shooting it, not unlike an unguided beam. Isnt it supposed to go REALLY fast too?

I think they'll fix that stupid PS bug once and for all, and as for disintergrating beams, theres been a lot of clamouring (in the suggestions forum) so hopefully they'll have added that too. I don't think the SBC should go through terrain but it should be a bit faster, in the show it was 'nearly the speed of light'.

Logan I'm sorry to say but if you think the team is won't give Piccolo a similar boost to what Krillin gets then you're not very bright. Perhaps when 1.2 came out the team planned on giving Piccolo more transes but now that they have changed that it is obvious that they will balance him out so that he can battle a ssj3

The team will rebalance and tweak everything before they finish this version, it wouldn't make sense if they put it out with unplayable characters. Some of the transformations are obviously based on the show, which is why Goku can go SSj3 and Vegeta can't. Yes this means when he goes SSj3 he can mop the ground with Vegeta, but that is to be expected. Besides, there'll be a few special balancing factors for those highest transformations, and note that some of them will be weaker than the present ones, like Frieza's transformations; I wouldn't expect all 4 to give him 1.5x Pl.

Some characters are just doomed to be underpowered in the end and two of them are Krillin and Piccolo. I hope they give Piccolo at least one more minor transformation before it's all said and done or speed him up at least, but if they don't, it wont stop people from being him, it'll just make him much harder to use against those upper tier characters. It looks better to knock out an SSj3 Goku with a UUSj Trunks than with another SSj3 Goku.

Heh, well if SSJ3 Goku gets the enormous ki drain like in EEA I think it's safe to say he's balanced already, Dragonfist or no Dragonfist. Hey, come to think of it, how come Dragonfist isn't mentioned?

Yeah I remember that thread.

Balance is one thing the team have tried to stick to throughout the mod, and in the end they've done a pretty decent job. Buu is only slightly overpowered and a few other characters are only slightly underpowered. I'm quite sure that in the end it'll be fair.
