AHA! IT IS NED! I recognize that style of pants, that dark grey background and small text ANYWHERE. Just look at the crotch area of his Tien, and then look at the same part of his Vegetto, he's the only one that does that that i know of.

nice model your friend has there smo, proportions look fine to me i guess, iam just waiting for more skins to be shown, iam feeling a lil lonely, the third eye was kinda rushed on my model, its hard to make it look good because theres some stretching on the head from editing it after its been uved

Oh and on your ref image you made with the comic book image, i think that should help show what needs to be fixed. His shoulders need to be a bit farther apart, his sash could be thicker, and maybe lengthen + slim the arms a tad.

Oh, he could probably do with more dbz-like porky fingers too
