I start the pc 5 min after I get this. After this the sound dies...I don't really feel like reinstalling windows, is there any way I could fix it?

Is there any way to delay the sound on the pc? Like for example there are some vids where the sound is realy ****ed up and it takes like 3 seconds till the vid catches up with the sound but by that time the sound is again ahead of it.
