You push E to power up right? It be better if the ground cracks when u power up... my second idea is super saiyans when power up u can see lightings around them...

how about adding something forom budoki3 like where u do the combo and if u charge up the last move to red then he knockes em back and then swoops under em and starts up the combo again like goku did in the video to brolly and u can only do it 3 times maxed and u can press a arrow to change trhe...

This thread runs along a similar line to the much hated 'saving powerlevels' threads that the team get bombarded with (and deny) However this ideas a bit different, instead of saving it, would it be possible to keep it between rounds? That way if the round ends or somebody changes the map...

I was thinking about Battle Power again, but, I was curious, because, I tried to set a Super Bot with 200,000,000 base Battle Power (via modifying the config file), and the SBot's BP ended up being more like 3.5m... On the other hand, 50m worked just fine, though 100m didn't work so well...

I personally think that something needs to be done to balance the health vs power issue. 1.3 is coming out with new ssj and power up levels, but... already as just normal ssj, if u charge your attack up all the way and are within a quarter size of the map of the explosion, you kill...

is there away to change your starting power level when your like playing with bots and stuff cuz i play with bots and i always have to fight for like an hour just to go super saiyan with goku and ive never seen the perfect transformation

when some one has a higher power level than some 1 else than he sees him move slower then normal and he sees his ki attacks slower too, and the same thing for some 1 else stromger than him. example: 1 has 600,000 pl 2 has 1,000,000 pl 3 has 2,000,000 pl 1 sees 2 move faster than him and...

Is there a way to set the starting power level for all the players or some way to give players the experience needed to transform by typing in a command with sv_cheats on? Thanks for the help :]
