That vid made me play D2 again.

I installed Diablo 1 again but cant play on bnet with my mate because it just gives us the latancy prob even with ports forwarded, sucks because i love d1.

I might install D2 sometime. Could do the ESF D2 party lmfao

I was excited enough to actually make a noise when I saw the trailer for this. Diablo 2 was some of the best fun I've ever had with a game... I miss my level 34 firewall! I must recreate it!

Game has been worked on for about 4 years according to the GS interview, he says the gameplay portion meaning character designs etc are done. Now they are just filling the world with content.

IMO early 2009 or mid 2009.

At the BlizzCon 2008 opening ceremonies, Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime introduced players to the newset class for Diablo III, the Wizard. Portrayed as a rather attractive female duing the footage show, the Wizard used fire, lighting, and ice to take on the hordes of the undead, much like a mage from World of Warcraft. He just means the same exact darkness that was in previous games that nobody has ever complained about, that's all.

Wizard = Mage/Sorceress? Why the name change?
