its about 2900 tri's so its waaay over the budget hahaha. i dont care though >;p im using it as a sneaky way to advertise something when im done =]

I read the rules, i read that part in particular 3 times.. the thing is you say POLYcount and add (tris) behind it so i was like..
polys o_o tris

Finally got a chance to start work on mine. But, because I got to start so late and I struggled for a concept and a destinctive art style, I doubt I'll get to normal map it like I had planned. Anyways, as it is now the model sets at a hair over 1000 tri's and I'm going for a Crystal Chronicles Art Style.



A cookie to who ever can guess what famous american I modeled the face after.

Worked on my entry more. I've still got 216 tris left so I'll be putting them to use then it's off to mapping and texturing.

Looks funky TeKNiK but for such a little guy he has monster sized arms. Don't really know the art style or proportions you were aiming for. But atm hes got like a gorilla top half. Cool tho

to me the eyes look abit to much far away from the nose, else... very very fine ,gj.

edit: ouw his lips look abit dull...

well heres my update....finally

still got a few hundred polys spare for the holster and arms, making a start on some of the normal maps
