I don't care how good scans look, they do not determine if the game sucks or not.

It might suck, but from the looks of things (esp. Story Mode) it keeps getting better and better. And let's face it, as a DBZ fan, you're going to buy this game.

Thanks for the scans, Princess.

I might get the Wii version just for the graphics upgrade. Can't wait for this game to come out.
I dont think the Wii will have graphics upgrade though =o they said at GS's preview that the only main difference between the PS2 and the Wii is the controlers.

SV would be correct, there will be no upgrade in the graphics. I prefer to call it enhancements, because it simply won't be all that drastic enough to call it an upgrade, but i guess their meanings are basically the same i suppose. Anyway's, the Wii version is still superior.

Wii's Advantages

1. Natural Minor(Moderate) Graphical Enhancements --

The Wii version, in development along side the PlayStation 2 edition, will take advantage of both the enhanced visual capabilities as well as the unique control functions of the upcoming system. -- IGN

2. No Multitap needed to take full advantage of the tag team aspects
3. Supports 4 different controllers (Playstation 2 Controller, Gamecube Controller, Hori's Digital SNES Controller, and the Wii-mote)

Note: To get your Wii to support the Playstation 2 and Digital SNES Controller, you have to purchase an very affordable converter device for the Gamecube.

As of right now, there will be no extra's in the Wii version. Their completely identical in reference to the games, initial general offering.

I'm glad they're including a Gamecube controller option.

From the moment I read this game was going to use the Wiimote, I suspected it would easily tire out people. You try firing off a couple of Kamehameha Waves a couple of times (do the motion a few times, that is), you'll see it tires you after a while. Coupled with the frantic pace of a fighting game, that's just no good.

I just hope you can pause the game, slam in a GC controller and unpause, so you wouldn't have to reboot the game if you want to switch controllers. That would suck.

I will hate playing a DragonBall Z game with a Wii-Mote.

The same reason why ESF 1.3 hasn't came out yet, meaning it's no finished yet. Not to mention there's always that chance for a delay to occur. Tenkaichi 2 comes out in two months (October) in Japan and it will be released in the US around December-January. Everyone's been waiting for a game like this, so you're most likely not the only one who's impatient.

We are now.

Let's call this an 'unofficial' warning to ZeroNightmare for spamming. Contribute to the thread with some legitimate ontopic discussion or don't post at all. Otherwise your going to get yourself a real warning and I doubt you want to do that.

@Warren and the rest of the thread: If there is ever a post that you feel is out of line you can report it with the Report Bad Post button in the upper right hand corner.

I'm just going to step in, here, and upgrade that "unofficial" warning. Those types of warnings are a privilage to people who don't often step out of line - I cannot justify extending that courtesy to someone who's been subject to at least two bans, and an overly ample amount of warnings.

Consider it an official warning for spam. If you can't post your opinion in a substantial manner that contributes to the thread, then just keep browsing.

Dude, you already made a topic for it, just shut up with it man...We'd all prefer to see something new than to remenisce over a game that's been out for almost a year.

1.) You don't speak for everyone else.
2.) You don't treat other users that way on my watch.

If nothing else it would be a good way to compare the two visually.

There wasn't any real need to tell him to 'shut up with it'.

Enjoy your warning, J-Dude.

Judging by the Tenkaichi 2 character list on Wikipedia, it looks like Brolly will have his controlled Super Saiyan form instead of his normal one. They should just give him his original Super Saiyan form, but that's just me. There hasn't been much news lately, though the official site was updated 10 days ago:

Original: 前作『Sparking!』からさらにパワーアップした『NEO』の各種モード。

I translated all of this with Babel Fish (http://babelfish.altavista.com/), and only the text on the page was translated.

?Un perro ha levantado su pierna trasera en la edad de nunca m?s! ?La atenci?n Rolf, no se mete, chico imprudente de Ed!

...where did THAT come from...?

Oh well...dude, if "shut up" gets you a warning then folks like me better tread lightly. No problems, won't hear it again unless its for a more meaningful cause.

On-topic: Well, anyway, I really hope that Atari posts the Tenkaichi 2 intro soon. I'm itching to see what they've done with it this time!

I wish they'd use Faulconer's music in a 3D DBZ game one day...seems like those days are numbered now...

Oh, and I hope they have cutscenes this time! Good ones to boot! I miss them from the Budokai1 days...

I remember it being stated that they are trying to capture the essence of Bruce Faulconers music, so that might be something to look forward to.

Besides, Atari won't release an the intro movie this early, there's still two months to go before it's released in Japan, so if anything, if they planned to release it, it will most likely be some time next month.
