I Downloaded a lot of new models such as ssj3 goku and bojack trunks. some files are in a windows archive program and i can t open them it says error like 10 times when i try to extract is there anyway to bypass the archive or open the file in winzip cuz some of this crap is really Ticking me...

I dled evm and installed it and when i join peoples servers that are playing evm, they i can play just fine and power up and everything. WHen i play on my own server, i cant power up and evm isnt even enabled. how do i enable EVM on my own computer so that i can play vs bots using evm?

I am have these troubles with CS I installed Steam and I play half life, cs, team fortress... using steam. But the problem is that it take to long to start the games. Also most of the time I lag even though I have cable. Is there a way i can play cs, half life... with out using steam?

Well, short and sweet, my console won't pop-up. I've no other keys bound to the ~ key but when I press it nothing happens. I have also checked for the -console in the shortcut, but it was there. What could be wrong?
