how do i make skins on milkshape in windows XP

i was thinking and thought up this. i thought it would be cool to post drawings that have conversions like me. I made a ussj2 gohan with a little brolly mixed up in it. ill post it up as soon as i get a new scanner. In the meantime, post the drawings you did with conversions done to them.

i down loaded the skin ssjgohan.zip and saved it to disk. now i haven't done this sort of thing before and dont no how to uncompress the thing or where to put it and some one please help me, and is the skin for alpha cus thats what i use

Hi u guys i am trying to edit skins and models from esf, but now im stuck. look i made from the .mdl in milkshape a .smd but now my model is finisht and i want to compile it back in .mdl but how?? sorry for my bad english but if anyone could help me i be thanking you ;D
