Hey all Can anybody help me on converting textures in adobe photoshop to 8-bit? (256 colors) without loosing major loss of color and quality..i know there is a way to do this i just dont know how : :p Thanks

when i load HLMV and then load a model to take a skin off to change it no matter what mod i open a model from the model always has at least one texture that is blank i fixed this a long time ago but forgot how. :cry: im not even sure if this is the right place to ask this question

Hi, is there a program i can find that can convert 256 bmp images to 24 bmp colors? I wanna some skins from 24 bmp to other skins that are 256, but if i conver them using summing like paint i just loses color O_O ***if this is in the wrong place sorry, just delete it or move it, thanks!***
