maps

I was just curious as to if I could create some future backgrounds used for the various maps. It just seems like most backgrounds for most maps are pretty boring or just flat out terrible, well, to me anyhow. So, should I show an example to convince you? Or is anyone interested in backgrounds...

euh guys i think i need a converter for my maps cause they are .map and i need .bsp so i can't check my levels out now does someone know a converter from .map to .bsp????

i think these would be great map, first of all i think u mappers out there should try to make a city map but not like the one we have, one that would be in DBZ and a map with gokus house in a middle of a forest and there are mountains and a river like in the "Tree of Might", i think these places...

Hey, do you use Valve Hammer to make esf maps? Cause i`ve tried and built some maps but i can`t get them to work. The bsp file of my map appears in Esf Map folder but doesn`t show in the Map selection menu when i create a game. Can somebody give me some help? Thanks

I have a major problem with the senzu beans...they always show up just below the ground. You can still grab them, but can't see them. How can I fix this? I have already tried making the ground 1 unit thick and I am also using the hullfile. What gives?

Ahh, i'd really appreciate it if the unofficial ESF Mappers made something not so unique to the "Series" of DBZ. Like no Budoukai maps. Or Cell maps, Those type of maps w/ an arena usually turn out bad anyway, When ppl wanna dual in the arena its way too small and yez ppl like putting rules...

With some maps I downloaded it closes down after saying "could not find file valve/canyon.wad" and some others. Should I have these files if not where do I get them? Thanks in advance.

ive compiled it with zhlt253 when i enter esf and type map test in console it returns to desktop can anyone tell me why (btw, i dont understand the sticky about compiling ;/ )
