How do you put a damn Sky in Valve Hammer?

I finished my map but I do not know how to put a sky..

I'm new to mapping but I think the first thing you do is put in a sky...? Tell me if I'm wrong anybody. You may have to redo ur map o_o

you can put the sky whenever you want ^^
just make some brushes with the "Sky" texture and u have the sky ^^
the simplest way to get a sky is to put a hollowed block around the level ^^

The sky is the last thing I add to my maps...
I aslo think there is a tutorial on the Valve-erc for skys... lemme find it for ya.

go here and looks for the tutorial called "using skys"
isnt showing you how to set up a sky but if im right it'll have a sky in there you can copy. And hey it will show you how to use the light environment.
