Is there a CVAR in the game to make it keep your PL the same(or relatively) if you switch characters? I realize it's a serverside only command if it exists, but does it? And if so, what is it?

No, not the starting PL cvar. But a cvar that will increase the PL you receive if you hit someone. For example: 4x is the max of the cvar. The more higher the number of the cvar, the more PL you will receive if you hit someone. Public servers shouldn't change the cvar. It will be more...
