dont start with poly by poly...
modeling poly by poly ur meshflow will most likely look horribly when ur new to it (bad flow=hard or even impossible to animate)
box modeling is way easier for beginner ;D and helps u to keep the model in a better structure.I advise u to check www.polycount.com...

and as eclipse said the model is way too off... if u dont believe me or clipse post on polycount,they will tell you the same...

jeah yugo´s original model was 10x times better than this >_> ohh and u never did half of the model because all u did was ****ing up the props and the head

many animation errors due to bad modeled joints ( knee : they deform pretty bad )
many skinnmap faults ( arms,boots,neck)
ohh and to name ur readme "!!!READ ****ER!!!" isnt very nice too
