Wow, that's some insane graphics errors man. You sure it's just the Euro version? Looks like some serious driver problems, try upgrading your drivers, if your on nVidia, I havn't seen a real stable 7x.xx series driver yet, so that my be the problem.

It's a custom UI. You can grab a good number of UIs at http://ui.worldofwar.net.
The one I use can be found here.

Started a new Alliance charecter on another server, I'll post a picture when he's worthy of being looked upon. My warrior has dual wield now, so I'll update him as soon as I get some new stuff.

I'm considering either going human warlock or night elf druid once I get started.
