Hmm... is this game really that great? I ask this because I played the beta, and I wasn't impressed all that much.. it seems to have attracted a lot of non-MMORPG fans, and even non-RPG fans. In the beta I got to around level 8 and was no longer interested.

I got a level 37+ Night Elf Warrior on Garona, his name is Arliss. And I wasnt an mmorpg fan, but I looooooved Warcraft2-3 so I had to give this a whirl and I think its awsome.

most ppl go for the elite black lion named "humar the pridelord" it's a rare spawn (twice a week for 10 minutes) near the lion tree north of ratchet..

i'm actually the only person with the white lion as pet on my server.. (prolly because it's a quest beast and and ppl think it'll **** up their quest)

ps: may i suggest you try and get snarler (the elite black wolf) at lvl 43? he's known to be the best pet ingame (same attackspeed as lions -> 100 resistance on everythinf (fire, nature, frost,..) and uber armor+hitpoints..

man, that snarler owns (it howls once in a while to it's cool when your in the AH doing some serious shopping and all of the sudden snarler sits back and starts howling )

Well Tass, they are adding a lot of new stuff with the Battlegrounds patch coming out soon. Plus just the participation in the world is enough for me to fly. I have seen few if any bugs, and the game engine and world itself (and it's apparent lack of almost ever having to load...ever) is very enticing to me. Plus in general I find it to be less boring than other MMos, if only because you have all of these crazy quests to keep ferrying into new areas.

I also have tons of great stories and pictures from it too. It is just a good, barebones setup--not a lot of bull**** like some other MMOs. Either way I think it's great and going to get better, personally.

You guys are all way more hardcore than me. I have a few awesome swords but my character isn't even in the 20's yet. Heh. Still loving the game, especially when I come across RP'ed scenarios.

But then again I love Warcraft more than any other series, so I may be biased. :0)

Level 40 Tauren Druid, on Earthen Ring server. I was one of the highest characters on the server when I left for christmas break, and the highest blacksmith. Now that I can play again, there are several 60's floating around. Oh well, more stuff in the auction to buy.

Cuase I'm seeing allot of WoW fans... I personally disliked all the Wc series.. I got bored with in the first few days of WC3, and the expansion... bloody waste of my money, I sold the expansion, but still got WC3 buried some where in my room im guessing...=\
