The question of this thread is, which of these games are you looking forward too the most.
These are your 2 choices below, as well as some info and images for people who know too much about either games as of yet


Naruto: Narutimett Hero 2

Since the fans of Naruto are gloutons insatiable, here some new additional images of next iteration PS2, NARUTO - Naltimate Hero - 2 . It will be only one recall for the regular readers of the site, but this continuation wants to be much more complete than the first episode, with more than one about thirty characters, like Kabuto, Ino, Jiraiya or Itachi. Always near in the spirit to Powerstone in 2d, the play should know some changes in the manner of leaving furies and the techniques of counter, with the appearance of new random objects on the ground. A mode vaguely RPG will make it possible to revive the scenario of the series, while holding some parallel scenarios. Many tests (challenges, mini games) will make it possible to gain new techniques and new objects, to improve the capacities of each character. The exit of NARUTO - Naltimate Hero - 2 is scheduled for next 30 September in Japan. Nothing is planned for the moment about a localization in Europe, although it has been said that the game will be released for the first time in US sometime in 2005.

OMG!! The Rasengan..Coool!!!!! i didnt even think they would add that in the game ^_^ I think Naruto: Narutimett Hero 2 will be the best out of both games, it seems to be coming alone well. (I really need to buy a modchip for my PS2 now)

Dragonball Z Budokai 3 will be much greater than that game. I mean why play with characters like Naruto, Sasuke, Lee Rock, when u can play with goku, vegeta, gohan krillin and ect. So i think DBZ Budokai 3 is what im looking forward to the most :yes:

because their cooler and better lol, and the gameplay for narultimate hero kick the **** out of budokai 1 and 2. naurultimate hero 1 kicked so much ass, it even made budokai games look like a slow paced fighting game =). i cant wait for narultimate hero 2 to shove in my modded ps2 (DMS3 ) rather then get budokai 3 and get charectars with the same attacks but different names and a few new things/charectars added lol. and yes EVERY attack in naruto is unique special wise, no 2 specials look alike (except neji and the girl who looks like him, i forget her name but its just because she had the same techniques as neji did)

Lol!! never played Naruto on PS2 yet , but i do agree with you, and dont forget naruto 1 and 2 on the gamecube, that was pretty good as well. And the girl who plays like neji is Hintia i think or watever her name is.

...yes...yes they do your right lol They look exactly the same..except the budokai game just has a closer view and is based off the anime, while naruto is based off the magna.

Off-topic: The first Naruto for the PS2 didnt make it too the US, so i guess the 2nd one will.

Ontopic: I couldnt stand the Budokai games, they both played the same, no characters had there own fighting stances, most of the moves were the same with diffrent names, and dragonworld was just awful, so i think i will have to go with Naruto 2 on this one, plus like sakura said above, its based on the Magna and there far much ahead then the anime

but for what i see on the screens..............there are some moves that can be in esf, like the dotging.

Its the Modchip i have installed in my PS2,
ONTOPIC: The first naruto never did make it to the US, and i think it will at the end of the summer i believe is what i heard, but remember thats just heard! but the second one can only make it better it cant get worse if the gameplay was even kept at all similar to the first (which it most liekly did)

I don't have a PS2, nor am I into anime games. but if I had to choose; it would be the Naruto game, the graphics of the DBZ game are a bit messed imo.
