When I was around 1.5 Billion when i tried to do any KI attach there would be no explosition and no damage. But after i descended and then ascended again it worked for a couple of KI attachs. And plus my Health was off the chart literaly it was going off the chart I hade like 300+ with goku.

highest i ever had was on a beam only server some dude sat in the middle fo the map and did gohans sheild while we pumped the sheild up to max power(was almost 2 hours before we broke 125 mil the server crashed after we got 200mil )

When I was at 1.6 billion the beans no longer had any damage effect.

999.999.999 really is the absolute max, any higher causes weird bugs.

Besides, skill is more important than PL, in the current ESF anyway.

After I hit 1 billion I dednt gat any weird bug. When I was goku when I did a kamehameha once there was no damages or boom.
