yup..i know there is something about the hair =/ i cant quite figure it out...although im not sure i really want to ^_^" heh, but i'll try to change the shape of it a bit, i kinda like it the way it is atm, we'll see how it goes =Psame thing about the hair though

It doesn't support TRUE cel-shading (i.e. shadows are not affected by light sources) but rather Zeq2 and some other mods make use of a clever little shader to simulate it.
