While i was playing esf today i though of the transformations that it would be great
if it's like this
you start transforming and rocks arround you start going in the air and if it's possible
breakubles arround you to break and if there are some buildings or something
the glass on those buildings to break
see what i mean?
i hope it's possible

Destructible entities (buildings, etc) is possible but at the cost of framerate (FPS). Thus this is something that won't be added I'm afraid. As for the rocks flying up in the air, etc. The final version is not even finished yet, maybe this was already planned in doing so? ;p.

Good idea. If you transform near breakable entities around, they would break. At least for the first transformation, which takes (at least in show) much time and energy and everything around looks like hell. LOL.

I think it is not needed such a feature. How about just making the regular effects (dust, etc), big rocks dont move and trees just shaking? Destroying results in "disapearing", that's not such a good eyecandy.

Yeah, unless ESF Team is going to add better FX and sound for this.

I'm not sure but I think that fx editor cant do a thing about rocks that are destroyed. I hope i'm wrong.

I didn't say anything about FX editor. Rock's destruction has its own sequence, which can be remade IMO.

If rock's destruction could be much better than it already is, dont you think someone would've done that already? If there is a possibility that rock's destruction can be perfected (without interfeering lag) only fx editor could do it (which doesnt seem).

Hey dude, would just like to let you know that we're still developing ESF on the Half-Life 1 engine and this won't be added to the game because of said reasons. Search for it.

I dont want to prove anything, i'm just making a discussion here with my oppinions. If you cant find the obvious facts within what I said then fine. Anyways I think Sky and Damaera said in short words what I tried to explain to you in large sentences.

Well you as a mapper should try it first.

Make a couple of func_breakable objects near each other. And detonate them all at once.

You should notice there is quite a FPS drop at that moment.
The more objects get destroyed the bigger the lag.

And as you suggested windows shattering. Each window is its own object.

I already knew your opinion but you still wanted to prove it as the right one.
