Strange that should have been fixed O.O

That normaly means that you have to deactivate VAC on your PC. But the previous STEAM updates should have fixed that.

You can try closing STEAM and than deleeting the file called "ClientRegistry.blob"

Its in your STEAM foulder. After that just run STEAM and let it update.

If you're refering to ESF working with HL : Source, you are incorrect.

You will need half-life 1 to play esf, only about $10 - $20 these days in most good stores. You can't use esf with a copy of cs that you got from a cz key.

Actually if you want. You can get the collection editon (or something like that) and what it is, is like 5 games all in one. That's only 20 dollars (tops) could be cheaper. (i forgot this thread was open. sorrr I'll update it. If and admin wants they can update it.

You have to buy Half-Life, sorry buddy. Unless you have Counter-Strike ESF should be installable under Half-Life or Counter-Strike(Not CZ!) (Or CSS :O)
But when you get them here's things that you would need when you get Half-Life:

ESF 1.2.3
