As well, I did admited that im scripter, consciously, because I don't like wasting my time for ppl by proving them if I'm scripter or no,I just don't care what they think = D. I just wanted you to stop bothering me with such thing. Btw mine,ice's,shadis,togans,miranis skills have surpassed even scripts. Scripts wont support us anymore even if we use them lmao. You probably haven't seen shadis chain.swoop speed. This guy is capable to make faster chain.swoops than swoop scripter and he already proved me by making video after doing insane fast chain,swoops and typing alias in console. No scripts!
I just don't get it hleV. Why are you targeting on me when you already know that I play this game so many years and I've trained alot ;D.

First of all you` don't even know if they script and before trying to tell smth about player you should put some proof into it nab. Im done.

If you looked from my point of perspective, it'd be really weird to NOT think that you script. And that's not because I saw you play and decided that you script, but because of what you said (it's in my previous post).

OK here is the issue. ESF 1.2.3 works just fine. All you need to do is to move it to the new location (common/half-life). The issue however is that Valve changed their dedicated server tool.

Seems the new Dedicated server tool has STEAM integrated and as such needs a STEAM account to run. Not sure if you can use a blank account or if it needs to have HL connected to it. Otherwhise the servers will not show up in the games list.
