So I keep bugging two highly skilled players in the tournament if they know when they're next fights are gonna be so I can record them and post them on youtube, the problem is that they don't know because of the current pace of the tournament. I've found hardly any footage of duels; the duel between Ren and Yugi Yami is the only one I've seen from an actual tournament (which is a great fight btw ^-^).

I have footage of Sailent, Revan and Okazaki and then hopefully more when the tournament ends but for now I have one good duel on youtube; Revan vs Okazaki aka ESFn00b

The tournament fell apart when half of the people either quit or people kept whining about Ping.

In the future, it helps if you set the date and time, and are present as the ref. A tournament doesn't need to span a month. It can all be done in a day or two.

The problem with that is, time zones. That and a lot of the people who joined never even came back. So as of now I am going to require a post count of at least 50 or more.

No one said running a tournament was easy. But a laissez faire attitude leads to the current situation.

That's the mistake in every tourney, and often both of them don't show up and it ****s up the system

It started out with 3 people not showing up for matches. DQ'd them. Then another one in the next round. The next round was another one too. So yea. Then we had the whole ping complaint issues.
