If u got the qc file done use a compiler to compile it to a mdl file. If u need a compiler go here (I know its another forum but there are so many nice things in this thread I must post it) : http://www.natural-selection.org/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=19&t=20223

first you gotta attach everything to a bone (skeleton-wise), then save it to ssjvegeta.mdl, or goku.mdl, or gokussj.mdl etc
then Tools --> Half-Life --> Compile CQ File (this can only be done if you decompiled some other file like the vegeta.. or wot ever)

You should really take that Majin mark off of his head first. It looks kind of weird to have a majin mark on his head and being ssj3.

Man that SSJ3 Vegeta is not super cool but its ok because the hair looks super weird and why Vegeta never reach SSJ3 cuz it would look weird on him look at his hair style it doesnt go and his head form neither Goku yes he can because he's hair is different and his SSJ2 Hair does goes with Ssj 3 but Ssj3 hair changes a lot but it goes more with Goku than Vegeta.

SSJ3 dose not have eyebrows. All the rest do. I like the model and the hair good job.

The SSJ3 Hair only put on together his normal Hair,this looks a little weird to me.

Try to connect the booth Hair right on so it doesnt seems at it is yet.
