But Broly is a unique, LEGENDARY character. You cant make assumptions based on other characters traits. Even if the only true reason for this difference is that no pupils looks 'cool', hes a legendary character, so I think he's free to go beyond some boundaries of logic.
Because His power is Maximum?

Sure, don't forget vegeta.

If Broly went normal SSJ3, then he should have SSJ3 Goku-like pupils. If he goes LSSJ3 - no pupils. No pupils in any LSSJ form.

hleV, you like Broly, that is OK, but I'm going to tell you something:
Gohan NEVER, EVER mastered SSJ2. He was all 7 years without doing ANYTHING, being lazy.
Toei can say whatever they want. Is like an exam, you put 2+2=5, is bad, is not correct, and you tell the teacher "No, I meant 4, so is OK". No, is not OK, you did it bad. The same happends with Gohan in that movie. the only way to distinguise betwen SSJ and SSJ2 in that Gohan is electric sparks. No sparks, no SSJ2. Broly was toying with Gohan, that is the cause he didn't kill him ina punch, but that doesn't mean Gohan is stronger, just Broly lowered his power to not kill him and have more fun.
Now, I'm going to leave that off-topic because you aren't going to change my opinion and me neither yours.
I prefeer Vegeta going SSJ3, but is still not possible. SSJ3 is only obtainable being dead or fusing.

Is said in the manga. I don't know the exact words (because I cant translate, is in spanish my manga), but is what Goku says to Piccolo or vegeta, or the kids. I cant remember where, but is said there.

Who said I like Broly? I just say what I think and what I know about him. Same goes for Super Buu vs. Kid Buu discussion.

Whatever TOEI made Gohan to be in this movie - Gohan is since TOEI has the right for it.

And about the sparks, you fail, and hard. There are a lot of sparks missing in anime series. Why? For the same reason they're missing in this movie. So STFU about it please. I'm getting pissed of because you don't understand how the things are and argue about it.

You can tell if Gohan is SSJ2 by looking at his hair. They stand more and his forehead has only one hanging hair. The same in manga, the same in series, the same in this movie. Character who can't be distinguished between SSJ1 and SSJ2 is Vegeta (if there are no sparks, of course).

And I'm not a Broly fanboy, I just say what I know since I see that you're wrong about him.
Fine, you don't have to change your opinion (which is wrong). But the fact is that Gohan was SSJ2 and most people know that. One person that doesn't care about facts doesn't change the fact.
It's normal to discuss and argue about things that are unclear and unexplained, but about things that are proven - that's stupid.

It's not me who likes Broly, it's you who dislike him. I have no idea why do you think he's so freaking weak. Good night.

EDIT: Seriously, these kind of discussions is what keeps me alive.

OK, is a SSJ2, but the weakest one. Super Perfect Cell could defeat him as easy as Broly did. Goku SSJ2 or Vegeta SSJ2 could defeat him easily by separate.
And sorry for calling you Broly fan :(.

Super Perfect Cell was defeated by half-SSJ2 Gohan's Kamehameha.
LSSJ Broly badly owned full, trained a bit but weakened during 7 years SSJ2 Gohan.

Nobody knows how much weaker adult SSJ2 Gohan was compared to teen SSJ2 Gohan so you know nothing. Same goes for me and everyone else. So don't be so sure about Super Perfect Cell, SSJ2 Goku and SSJ2 Vegeta being stronger than LSSJ Broly.

If you ask me, I'd say that this adult SSJ2 Gohan was stronger than a hurt teen SSJ2 Gohan that fought Super Perfect Cell.

IMO not even TOEI really knows the answers to many questions about this movie. They just created some fight against Broly and then killed him. Who cared how. >.<

All I can find is Goku saying to Piccolo that he could only do it properly in the other world because it consumes to much ki in the lower realms.

Try not to listen to the things hleV is saying. He seems to be a major Broly buff-fanboy. Arguing so-called "fact" so overboard to the point it becomes opinionated isn't actual fact, it's just fanboy nonsense.

TOEI, nor Toriyama, ever confirmed Gohan's official SS stage in that Broly movie. You've yet to provide proof to anyone that any company has said such a thing. And until you do, people are just going to think you're a fanboy defending your favorite character.

As far as most creators and fans are concerned: SSJ2 > Broly

In any case, I don't find Broly unique beyond that he's "The Super Saiyan" because he was a non-canon character inspired from the winning concepts and fictional lore behind what Vegeta originally introduced about the Saiyan race--the character isn't very deep, he looks and usually sounds annoying, commonly only knowing the words: "Kakarot!" and "Kill!". He's like a suped-up version of the simple Nappa. With hair.

The character adds an edge and an entertaining dynamic to the movie timelines, but in terms of the series, he's not very useful.

Fans argue that Gohan didn't go Super Saiyan 2 against Broly due to the absance of electricity in his aura. However, it should be noted that the 6th Daizenshuu confirmed that Gohan was Super Saiyan 2 during the fight with Broly, and that the only reason the bio-electricity was not present is because they forgot to add it in. On a related note, another hint that Gohan was actually Super Saiyan 2 instead of the commonly believed Full Power Super Saiyan was Broly's reaction to Gohan transforming. Earlier in the movie, Broly, in his Super Saiyan form alone, had taken out both Trunks and Goten's Full Power Super Saiyan forms in one hit (and also beat up Full Power Super Saiyan Trunks a second time around). However, when Broly witnessed Gohan transforming, he expressed enough surprise, shock, and fear to transform into his Legendary Super Saiyan form.

You're going by a wiki article that doesn't cite any sources.
Im going by this because i want to. I could careless if it was sourceful or not. If there is no proof then who is to believe? Its all a choice on what you want to believe.
